Thanks Avarian and Captain for the good info.

As useless as it seems I fully support Nido for calling GPC onto the carpet apparently in front of all parties. The Operator have to be shown to be the incompetants that they are and that the current situation is the result of bad management and not bad luck. The stakes have been raised in that the asset owners ie the Filippine Government are now aware of the facts.

The other JV partners will not go against GPC as they are held be the short and curleys. GPC are privately held and answerable only to the board of Vitol.

That said, Nido have covered their duty of care to the shareholders and will maintain their focus on those things that they can control such as operating the shallow drilling and testing program,sucuring a rig for Gindara and completing the farm-out.
