There were no resolutions after withdrawing OH payout. (he would have got heaps of angry questions there, so withdraw it and not take the heat.) Did not let any questions after that and closed meeting, knew how angry shareholders were. Disappointing that Cusack did not allow questions and stand up like a man and take the good with the bad. One thing for sure about Cusack is the old saying "if you can't stand the heat, get out of the OX kitchen"
