The Company plans to get a dual listing in the future preferably in the U.S. but regardless has no plans to de-list from the ASX.

At the moment, on a yearly basis the Company is on a 6%-7% recurring revenue but they are aspiring to be at about 30% recurring revenue on a yearly basis.

Management has guided towards a profitable quarter in 2019 and a full year profitability from 2020 after which the company, according to Mr. Charrabe should be sustainably profitable.

The company has moved to a standard dividend structure, with 70%-80% of reported net profit being paid to the shareholders.

Just sharing my thoughts: Bold statements. Global implications: US listing on the cards after 2020 when the company is on sustainable profitability. US listing is to capitalise on of its unique positioning of a global player in the mid sized water space where there are few listed players. Hitherto, global investors cannot participate in this mid sized space unless they come to the ASX. A US listing will impose financial discipline and ensure a positive cashlow flow structure to pay dividends. All IMO of course.
