I think you will find that the common denominator is "The Philippines" The on again, off again, government support for mining has been a disaster for foreign investors for decades. All the majors wont touch the place. I dont think the new management at X64 want to double down on soveign risk. They need to do a Red5 and get a decent asset in Oz. CLA's best bet is to focus on Namibia. They have drilled the new core. If they can show a clean processing route that will be 10 times more acretive than the Philippines project.
