Resources wise no doubt Opuwo will be A-listed. CLA may be lack of local connections to get it up and running in the next couple years; of course, also lack of $$$. Let's hope they still keep 20% interest on the project, though long shot, who knows if 10x years later the asset could start generating dividends.
