They may think its good to remove all the old and bring in new but by doing so they have removed CLA off the list of many big companies and investors who have a policy of not investing in companies that dont have a founder still involved. They also only have support from the one finance broker. Need a broker with a good track record to raise the money at a price that is fair. Anyone can raise the money if they give away most of the assets. Then pocket a big fee,
