this is a matter that should not be resolved by having to ring JC
this should be in the open so that ALL shareholders have insight
if JC doesn't know how long the buyer needs than imo he shouldn't be in charge of the sale process
its time to apply pressure on the buyer and create some competitive tension..set a deadline and if they cant deliver than tell them to walk!
I say that having acted for many companies selling their assets/company who have done exactly that
