At very least, I reckon BCS should produce an update on the fiction in the discredited PDS (no distributions etc etc), and attempt to justify to shareholders why this thing is a worthwhile investment rather than just a fee trough for the promoters and Board. There is an interesting slightly similar precedent in Eurotunnel in France where small shareholders voted out the board & replaced with their own.
