Oh I have no doubts that the board can be replaced, and they should be. I'm just saying if there is an easy way out of the liability, even getting cash back, market should have acted by now. And by market, I don't mean the average docile shareholders, I mean the pro players who have tons of $ and knowledge, those who lead the market.
