Assume if there are enough votes, simply replace board and cancel the project ergo no funds required & distribute anything left over. BCS have been totally arrogant in removing within weeks of flotation the supposedly fully funded distributions which were a cornerstone of the PDS and still expecting mug punters to keep their side of the bargain. With 27% holder clearly not intending to pay, silence is hardly a option.
