Ah Seuss, I have a feeling that no matter how many units Mr Bolton has ,and and no matter how many more he manages to get, BCS isn't going to get its money from him. He might as well hoover up all of the retails, owe 98mill, owe 198mill, doesn't make much difference if your available funds will only pay for a vet euthanasia bill for this mangy hound[did like the horse and dog analogy]. I'd be very surprised if he doesn't have an end game, but even if he doesn't, world's a better and more interesting place for his intervention.
