    MQG does not want to have anything to do with BCS. In fact Moore is probably hoping the other Nick would succeed and get MQG out of their underwriting liability.

    There is a clear conflict of interest between Rowe and who he is supposed to represent, the shareholders. Maybe Bolton should sack Row first.
