Great work, HS (and big thanks for your many contributions - I have learnt a lot about U development). The sorts of things that the NRC are picking them up on are infilling all the little bits of "form filling" as distinct from raising any impediments to the general principal. From my experience with approvals involving hazardous substances, this indicates that the NRC really are satisfied with the proposal as a venture and have switched focus to ensuring that if THEY are audited, they can demonstrate the application documents (and eventual approval) are fully complying. I like the one about Cumulative effects. I find this hardest to explain in my applications because you want to address all the gamut of things you can think of (to cover everything THEY might think of) but still end up with a rationally reasoned conclusion that there is no or insignificant effect. Its just prose in the end (or poetry). Looking real good. [But the fat lady has not yet sung, hence sub 7c sp.]
