The pretty pictures don't do it for me either, any Designer worth their salt would knock these up in a week...max...all components would be in a Library and they just need insert in the program....the site layout may have the same layout, but the equipment and structures will change substantially when the Detail Design as it is becoming ever increasingly rare to have Certified Vendor Equipment available to the last minute.
