not sure if you can give this 20% now Fitzi as the latest announcement is expecting further delays until November to look into the effects of using the 'potential perched aquifer'. They also say
So we have to wait until November to find the outcome of their study which can then be put forward to NTEPA for their approval.
If their study falls over, another 2 month delay....if the study is positive, then it goes to NTEPA....lets say another 2 month delay....then i would expect the CLC will want to have a look at it too...lets say another 2 months....so thats 6 months conservatively and at any point along the way it falls over, do we need to start over ???
