Benjo 19 ... the connection between ROG and ACU could be Guy LePage. Hes on the board of ROG and also on the boards of SOI and PXR.
Keong Chan is also a director of SOI.
Lloyd Flint is also a director of PXR.
Maybe Guy LePage is the mover and shaker behind the scenes at ACU and is the person who wanted keep Keong Chan on the board and reject Rocco Tassones bid.
Its curious though how the majority of ACU board wanted to keep Chan when his only other directorship is in horticulture (SOI)...as far as Im aware. Although it appears he is well connected among people with money to invest.
Is there something going on between ACU and SOI ? Interestingly SOI sp has gone up since the start of this year.
