if you're not going to put out a PFS in the time frame you indicated, surely you are obliged to let the market know??
Is this nonsense ever going to end, there is no obligation at all as its not a material event, it would be just putting out a fluff update telling us something that we already aware of and wouldn't quell speculation just add to it in the rather paranoid world of HC....in the case of the Moblan PFS they have already given us a heads up by removing it from upcoming events in the last presentation it currently doesn't have a timeline...
