My perception of Brett has changed with your latest experience. I had written to Brett numerous times in the past 3 years but did not get even 1 reply. Hence, I had the impression that he was rather "arrogant" with a high and mighty attitude. I reckoned now that he's rather approachable, perhaps he's the type who need to recognise a familiar face rather than an email address. In that case, I will commit myself to fly to Brisbane to attend the next AGM.
