Not sure if this is relevant but an interesting article in the Sunday Times Perth today about the development of cancer vacine focussed on a protein called MUC1.
Researchers from the Uni of Georgia and the Mayo Clinic in the US are involved.
Also in te same paper an article memtioning that healthy WA women are opting to have their overies removed to take away the risk of ovarian cancer.
