So we seem to be guaranteed 30 cents if we wait? If it doesn't reach 30 cents, am I correct to say that the claw back is delayed and Pensador would have spent money on CVI projects without legal claim? not sure...

No - the Angolans are keen to list as soon as they can, so would enable the clawback with a minimum figure of 30 cents.

If CVI was 9 cents at the time, 30 cents would still be used as the calculation point. This would give CVI the essential 12% commission for managing the listing process.
