Angry, I think you're wrong there. If Channel 7 owns Nylex shares and Nylex buys a bolt on acquisition, it's not mandatory for Channel 7 to announce as well.

I know full well why they are trying to dinstance themselves from an announcement on this.
The Pensador funding depends on CVI giving them the off shore permits, and refinery, if we don't have the off shore to give them or the refinery off take that will mean the funding deal does not go ahead.

Technically we have already given them the offshore and refinery options IN EXCHANGE for the first batch of Pensador shares we received. That part of the deal is done and finished.
