"Jonathan Kewley, is standing as the managing partner at the London headquarters of Clifford Chance (who are retained by GML as their lawyers). He has disseminated a manifesto in his battle to oust the incumbent managing partner, Michael Bates as well as calling for the creation of a "chief happiness officer"

If only Clifford Chance could infuse a little happiness into the shareholders of GML in these uncertain times, with a resolution of the difficulties posed by the GoG. We live in hope
