there is no court case possible, nothing will go to court just another bogus story so characteristic of this thread. For over a decade we have had such promises there was even one promising full production by 2013 . you know that would have more chance of success than this imaginary court case. why imaginary well its been a year of zero so far, we don't even know if the company has bothered to talk to the GoG yet
