Many thanks for both of your detailed posts Bunya.

Perhaps all is not lost, and definitely not lost with UCG.

If you consider this as a case of Peoples Fears over the risks of UCG versus Cougar Energy; Clearly the people have won or are winning. This can be said because if Cougar was not on Sir Johs land, none of the politicking would be happening.

The "sheet" above contains a lot of fear mongering over the managable risks with UCG. And thus is the nature of the peoples politics and it is what they need to do to get something done.

Hopefully some more bore analysis will reveal what we think is an error..... the lights are almost turned out for the Cat it looks like. All of this is most disappointing.
