my interpretation of yesterdays announcement is quite different to yours. I read it more as:

"We don't yet have enough money subscribed for our drilling program. Please shareholders, take it up through the SPP and not on market."

I don't think they would have sent this statement out if they were happy with the amount being taken up to date.

Don't get me wrong, I am relieved and pleased to see the NI price increasing in recent days. Let's just hope that Indo is staying its course and not making any retrospective adjustments and exemptions to their bad.

Even with the NI increase, trees don't usually grow into the sky ... we have to keep realistic. I don't see breaking through 40c as realistic in the short term. One step at a time me thinks.
