As a holder of CZD, and since its fates are now tied to AVX by virtue of its holding in the company, I have a very valid interest - even if I can't directly vote the stock. It's just the same as if I owned the shares indirectly through a superannuation or mutual fund.

I have never been anything but forthright about what my interest is in the company, and you can bet that I hope for a positive outcome from all this.

There is no need to get snarky with me. And BTW, I actually agree with much of what you have to say in your final paragraph.

It's just that I detect a constituency that will want to carry on with ACT regardless of any independent review of assets, or advice from the FDA or others. It is to them that most of my comments are directed. If you are someone who is willing to face facts at some point, then you and I have no issue, and in this regard, if a blue-ribbon panel of experts or however this is to be done, state clearly that ACT has a viable and achievable future, then by all means, let's carry on. But otherwise, please let's not drive the company into bankruptcy on a romantic but doomed quest. Only that, please.
