It will happen,I think he means PR like the abc show the Gruen Transfer,should not cost much but very important it's done properly. Media coverage without this maybe worthless and the story will fizzle out but done right all media outlets will want a piece of the action. He is very high up and knows his stuff and could make this happen tomorrow but should be done correctly..
