short meeting Ryan seemed confident talked in the tense of winning appeal.as for the appeal May is the possible time frame and yes it could go against avq and back to the tender process....worst scenario........money tight and all focuses r on Isabel.as for damages claim it will be filed but the appeal has precedence over everything.2015 will be a good year but towards the back end of it.may is the time frame for a result from the appeal but no guarantee it will be over by then
