Come on Tezzer, nothing has even been set by courts yet. Not even Ryan knows the when the appeal is set for yet. The person who would have more idea than anyone is the Chief Juctice! He has said that he hopes to all finalised by March! No one will be getting my shares anyway!
We will find out next Friday the court date, the court has set aside 2 weeks to start and then another two if need be. If the Chief says all over by March at the latest, then I'm backing they don't even need the two weeks and hopefully over by end of February! Looks like people don't want to cough up and drive the share price lower. Remember that the weak hand will be the loser here.
