Hi crazypunter

My previous post was purely my own opinion, which I based on the information presented in the Explanatory Memorandum, further releases from the company and any articles that I could find on the internet about the subject matter.

The advantages and disadvantages have been set out and explained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum dated 4 May 2016. Please read same if you have not had the chance.

Unfortunately I don't have a crystal ball so I cannot know whether the advantages or disadvantages will materialise. I can only make a judgment based on the information available to me at the time.

Either way there will be a result tomorrow and the market will react accordingly.
