Let's say the no vote preventing the sale of Lens shares gets up tomorrow.

Can it be then, that Novomatic come out with a take over for the entire company for less than the original offer. We already know Len won't sell to any one else. Len holds a majority vote and the deal could go straight through. Perhaps, sucko to the lot of you.

Say the yes vote gets up, however Len is still holding a blocking stake. This may prevent Novomatic raping and pillaging AGI for their own benefit.

I hope holders have thought very hard before posting their vote.
