Nkwe's announcement says 11th November or there about for an update on the situation with regards to the Mining Right.
If things are still not resolved (work in progress) the company can still have the stock in suspension till its resolved. There is a chance that the suspension will be in place even after the 11th November.
Legally there is NO time limit on a suspension until the company request a lifting of suspension to the ASX.
I don't mind that Nkwe just remain suspended till the issues are resolved.
