Justyn implied to me he thought they’d have the approval for the final AN last week.
I usually take the turn around times LCK suggest and double them, they’re ambitious and that’s a credit to them , but whether due to government bureaucracy or the company simply trying to maintain or increase its share price, their milestones are always ‘iminent’.
I’d hope it would be approved this month, the time frames on the DPC website would have to have been exceeded by now.
Don’t get me wrong, I have no concerns we won’t get the final AN approved As the biggest regulatory risk was always the EIR, unfortunately it’s just a waiting game for the time being.
