larger insto's are unlikely to touch this until such time all boxes are ticked!
as soon as that happens then clearly this has the potential to move much higher as they take their seats!
a good chance that a resource upgrade is in the off'ing also, so has been stated many times over the past months, much depends on the RBSA approvals!
Green light from them and a resource upgrade then I doubt this will be a 16c for long!
