    "Cap raising going to the big players" - I think this is a key point.

    Steel industry players looking to secure coal (Tata, ArcelorMittal) will be much better PR for the co than a small Perth based Investment bank.

    Interesting to see how this plays out. If signoff occurs plus upgrade I think steel industry players will forcing the cott. club to buy at market like holders!!!
