Unless i misunderstood, noone said that "earlier" meant October - (unless you heard differently in which case pls let us know).
I understood from mattos hearsay that it may be anytime between now and the usual end of november.
He didnt really post anything that wasnt in the announcement at 17:30, apart from the apparent quote, so its probably not wise to jump to any solid conclusions at least until a few people have agreed to what he heard and who it was from more to the point.
I need to hear more personally.
