    Short version..... Shares spike on speculation of joint venture. Mr Gwynne sells shares near the peak of the share price (about 6c for memory). Company releases announcement shortly after regarding rubbish terms to MOA/JV which eventually gets canned anyway. Share price falls to levels pre-speculation.
