I'm referring to the article above in the screenshot - says the bookbuild is already done / oversubscribed.
To me that suggests no point in applying under general public offer - likely just end up getting fully refunded.
Why when the bookbuild is complete by brokers they bother keeping the general offer open is beyond me - seems like common occurrence.
