Further to my earlier post and following another chat with the company, I can advise that after the latest placement there are now 111m shares on issue. It is also worth noting that there are an additional 22m vendor options which will most likely (fingers crossed) be converted over the coming months making a fully diluted 133m shares in total.
When looking at the NPV numbers I quoted, one should keep this in mind (I used 90m as stated).
