unfortunately, this one does smell like take over....

the price action occurred during the end parts of last week, before the West Australian article was written...

the company last night, as expected, came out with the standard "we don't know anything" line when issued with the speeding ticket?

"What, me speeding officer - surely not?"

IMO, a takeover by Mega will diminsh the leverage you can extract from NTU, as its uranium assets get diluted with the rest of Mega's.

I was a shareholder of Valhalla off the float - and whilst Paladin have seen some nice price gains in recent times, the leverage has been diluted when you compare it to the price performance of Energy Metals (EME) whom VUL had their Bigryli joint venture with.

Any Mega takeover will be nice for short term gains, but longer term, the leverage is diluted.

We shall wait and see.
