Mega Monday Coming, page-10

Not familiar with this type of scenario I must admit (Still learning).

In this situation with a TH, is the announcement normally made before trading starts so the market has time to absorb the info, or during the course of the day? (Let's assume Monday in this case).

Experienced a funny turn with NRT recently, announcement was made towards end of trading day, shares couldn't be bought or sold for a short time after the announcement, trading commenced @ 3:56pm and the shares jumped 22% by close. They subsequently fell 12% the following day (IMO poor form).
