I understand of the 6 millions shares placement, Mega is taking 2.25M and the other large chunks are going to Europe base companies and some to professional investors which I am sure are selling a little bit around sub $1 level. Once this selling are out of the way I expect SIM to do the same trading pattern as NTU when Avera took a strategic position back in February.

Buy and hold at this level while profit takers selling out and with low volume available, SIM will run very quick especially if Mega and other big boys buying more.
