The turning off & on thing is largely because code is written so swiftly & poorly now, and is based on swiftly & poorly written foundation building blocks.
You turn it off, code flushes, errors flush, so when it's back on it works... until the same or next memory loop or hole kills it.
Maybe 4DS enabled AI could soon write all new, leak free code in base machine language and stop this?
