Even if/when AUZ are mining and delivering product to SKI there will still be conditions such as the shipped product meeting specifications.
As such, according to some here, the contract/term sheet will never be binding regardless of the stage AUZ are at.
In fact EVERY single contract entered into EVER is conditional, whether the conditions are express or implied. So apparently not only are contracts not binding, but are never capable of being binding!
