What I am so surprised about is that nearly no one has talked about the elephant in the room.
Grant O'Brien has been in his role for 4 years. His predecessor was in the role for about 5 years.
No matter what happens, unless Grant goes, the share price IMO, will never go up.
It's not so much people have no faith in the company, it's that people have no faith in management.
I am going to wait a bit more until we get closer to this massive shift and get in before it does.
