If the finals week 1 starts on November 11, I don't get why they are waiting until end November for the social campaigns to downloads. Every week the performers reduce so from 1000 performers we will have 250 in week 1 then down to 10 by the end of November. So we are going to get all these huge download numbers for people to use it for a week?

I don't buy into that. I think there is something else that has not been announced. From late november to mid december (2 weeks) isnt really enough time to make up my mind on who I want to be the first megastar. I wouldnt have seen enough of them.
