we can do better ( doubtful) is what Purcel said. He qualified it however by saying that if precious metals could be had from tailings etc etc.
Seems to me He would love this merger and wants discussions to continue. If Canadian technology was good enough he would spell out why it was good or better.
JRV board is creating pseudo alternatives for the purposes of negotiations.
