Let's wait and see what the outcome will be, before we make an informed decision, shall we??
Because, at this stage of the game they are only speculations.
But, I do believe what someone has said. That is, that NXS couldn't raise the funds to complete the merger.
One way or the other I am a winner whichever way it goes because, I am a holder of both NXS and AZA and, for that matter I own BPT too so, I believe that I can post a more unbias opinion than most posters here.
As I mentioned before, I am prepared to wait for the Upgrade or the downgrade of the Basker Project.
In the meantime, I may decide to sell my NXS holding, and sit and wait for what will unfold.
