With any financial decision it is always prudent to weigh up the pros and the cons.Posters like cerhob are necessary asset because whilst it is true ucl could rocket up if the tide turned for the better it could also go into liquidation.I would be guessing that majority of population at present do not have much cash available they can afford to lose.Certainly would not bewise using borrowed money -even bluechips are unpredictable at present.
