It's the question we've all been asking for a long time but this gap is going to close in the coming months imo.
The original disparity I believe, was timing. When MEI bought their Brazilian REE project, REEs were hot and it attracted a lot of insto investors that wanted to enter the space whereas VMM didn't have this, and as they were a 2nd player, there was no need for these instos to change ship. I think as VMM derisks through things like funding, offtake, environmental etc you'll start to see some instos move to VMM and maybe some jump ship, especially if VMM keeps outperforming MEI with execution.
The gap closing is just a matter of time imo
